Very poor dinners served in the main restaurant starting from 19.00 o'clock from Monday to Thursday.Only one type of meat tasty and the other dishes served tasteless .Very small and poor selection of dishes. On Friday and weekend when Moroccan guests come to the hotel the food is much tastier and larger selection of dishes for example three kind of tagine and cous-cous ,sauce with raisins. Why do you treat Polish and French tourists so badly and give them such a poor food? There are so many of them in the hotel and they pay considerable money for staying in this hotel.
I went to this hotel 7 years ago , when it first opened, it was very good at that time, very clean, good selection of food, drinks, entertainment , pools clean . Sadly in the years since everything has gone down hill. I have just come home from a weeks stay, I booked the el Pueblo Tamlelt not knowing this is in fact the Caribbean village Agador, same hotel two names. Anyway this time was very different, the food was awful no choice same things served day in day out. No choice of drinks local beer no spirits ,cocktails, if you want quiet time forget it the place over overrun with sea gulls that scream 24\7 an I do mean scream !!!!. The staff do their best the place is now basically set up for for the French .Wi-Fi is none existant anywhere in the hotel as promised , rooms are now dated balconies dirty beds like sleeping on a brick ! Oh and make sure to take a tin of fly spray when you go into main dinner -hall as place is plagued with them . Its 3* so you get 3* you get what you pay for , I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your French !!!. People slam doors 24\7 because of way it's built lots of court yards this makes every noise much louder. You have to be very good at saying no to the shop owners every single one of them wants to sell you argon oil , be prepared to barter on prices they start stupidly high, take your phone to check the exchange rate ! Know what your willing to pay or walk away ! Or get ripped off !!!.
Southampton
This was a half term holiday in Feb with our three kids 6,8,10 they had a lot of fun. 3* hotel it is and that's what you got. The food was very good in my opinion. plenty on offer and changed everyday ( in the buffet restaurant ) 4 other restaurants on site offer a set menu and soft drinks or wine (no beer) The pools are all clean and presentable. never had a problem getting sun beds and the staff are very helpful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk behind the hotel with a private (hotel) section for guests to lay down on provided beds. evening entertainment could have been longer for the kids 20:00 - 20:30 not that long at all but otherwise a very good hotel for the money. If you book 3* and expect 5* with al la carte food then don't book this book a 5* and get what you pay for!
Lancashire
great hotel in a great location, very good staff, excellent food ,five star service. we will return in the not too distant time. would like to go at Christmas the decorations looked very good on our visit in January
This is a cheap and cheerful all inclusive hotel - what we didn't realise was that this and the Caribbean Village are essentially the same hotel and all facilities are the same or can be used by both 'sides'.The hotel is dated and in need of an overhaul but is clean and friendly......far from luxurious, but clean and adequate. If you are looking for high class, it is definitely not for you.....if you are looking for a basic, clean, friendly, adequate environment that gives value for money then it's for you!
Manchester
one of best hotels we ever been. Food is on high level, many, many, many attractions, shows etc. very nice beach owned by hotel with bar on it, free boats, catamaran, kayaks etc to rent from hotel, the rooms as not high level, more like basic, but big and well clean, all inclusive board is realy worth the price visited May 2009
Liverpool
My second visit and was just as good. Yes the animation is cheesy, but it's a good laugh.Give the bar lads a tip and you will get even better service than they already give.Great service and friendly staff all over the complex.I look forward to coming back at Xmas 2019.
Bradford

Bristol
We actually stayed in the Caribbean side of this hotel , but came through here every day , and can I say , the work you have done and are still doing is fantastic, more ramps for wheelchairs lovely seating areas , painting the buildings, it looks lovely

First visit to Agadir and wouldn't be the last. Unfortunately I slipped and hurt my back shortly after arrival. I hasten to say my fault not hotels. The staff were very attentive and caring and all concerned from the cleaners, gardener's, animation team etc. The place is spotless and service top class. There's a choice of pools and the drinks wonderful including the local wines.I managed to take a gentle stroll down to their private beach. Once again clean with plenty of shelter and sunbeds and soft drinks available. The animation team work so hard and try their best to make all guests happy.I will return definitely.Thank you for a wonderful stay
This hotel was basic but good value for money. It was clean but tired looking. The food was excellent - lots of choice and tasty. The staff were pleasant. It is a budget hotel so our expectations weren't high but we were pleasantly surprised. All the people moaning need to remember you get what you pay for - there are plenty of very swanky looking hotels in Agadir but they would have a price tag to match.
Bexhill-on-Sea
My husband and I along with my sister have been to this hotel the last three years running and we are going again in september ,yes it's a bit tired but it's thee star if you want 5 star then pay 5 star prices . The food, if you can't find something to eat then you are very fussy . We find the staff very friendly and helpful . I have read some really scathing reports of this hotel which I think are unfounded we are really happy to go there a fourth time .
Bradford
Me and my friends did not except so much from a 3 star all inclusive! All staff were friendly and welcoming, we had ZERO issues at all, we would recommend this to family and friends anytime, would be a pleasure to comeback to this resort again
Buettelborn
Nice club with a good animation team, very kind staff and 5 nice pools. The rooms are very simple and not very comfortable. But for the price we paid, we couldn't ask for more. The noise in the morning starts at 6 a.m by the seagulls .... but this is just normal as the club is just 200m from the waterfront.
